  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

3. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping to all locations within Malaysia, including:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: Standard shipping available.
  • East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak): Standard shipping available.

4. No Tracking Information

Currently, we do not provide tracking numbers for shipments. We ship all orders via standard delivery methods and ensure that your order arrives within the expected delivery time frame.

5. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical issues may cause delays. If there is an unexpected delay, we will do our best to resolve the issue and notify you if necessary.

6. Lost or Damaged Items
